Jason's service was excellent. Jason moved heaven and earth to get it in before the big storm hit. He also called the vice president of the propane company because he did not like the estimate the salesman gave me. He explained to the vice president of the company that the man was trying to take advantage of me. He was able to get a third of the cost knocked off. He was terrific and really helped me with everything. I did not have to do anything and he was extremely responsive. I thought the price was reasonable given the amount of work he did.
Description of Work: Jason installed a generator. It is a whole house generator and automatically turned on. I don't even know if the power goes out because it automatically turns on when needed. He now comes regularly service it.

Description of Work: Went from 100 AMP service to 200 AMP service. Picked up ceiling fans. He was good when he came out, he had all kinds of excuses to getting the work done when he got the job. I paid him 600 dollars to pick up 4 ceiling fans, which is what he said they cost. I went to Lowe's and saw that they were 67 dollars a piece. I was unable to put a new meter in because they did not install something properly. When I try and get him on the phone, he yelled at me for calling him about inspectors, yet it was the electric company who was calling him. He gave me a hard time about getting inspectors to come to my house. He told me he was having a hard time getting a permit. He was very rude to me. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I went wanted a stationary propane generator so I went to the Generac web site and asked for a dealer in the area to contact me. One nearby called while I was out and left no message. L-train called even though they are not close (by CT standards: they're in central CT, I'm in NE CT). Jason came out the next day to give an estimate. He talked me out of getting a bigger generator than I needed. His guys came out soon after and installed a pad and dug a trench to the house before the ground froze. When the generator came in, the guys showed up when they said they would, hooked it up and showed me how it works. It is hard to find a good contractor in this part of CT, so I was really happy the L-Train was interested in doing business out n the boonies where I live. These guys are legit.
