Great. The guys were very friendly and professional. Showed up on time, worked steadily and did a very good job at cleanup when the work was done.

The project went very well. Matt is a very capable craftsman, and he is flexible and very easy to work with. As originally contemplated and quoted, the job did not include ripping up and replacing the subflooring and included no electrical work. But as the job progressed it turned out there was some wiring inside the wall of the closet being removed; and the original subflooring turned out to be less than ideal for supporting a ceramic tile floor. The change order and the unexpected but necessary electrical work increased the cost of the job, but the increase was reasonable. When the wiring problem was found, Matt brought in an excellent electrician the next day to do some rewiring to solve the wiring issue. And he was perfectly amenable to a change order to rip up and replace the subflooring. He was reasonable about all of it. Matt started the job when he said he would, and overall it took about as long as he said it would. Matt kept the work area neat and cleaned up debris every night. Matt is also pretty good at making good suggestions to solve aesthetic issues, such as with respect to handling transitions between materials (e.g., hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles, capping the edge of tile flooring at descending stairs, etc.).

Came to give estimate, and then never called back. The job wasn't too difficult and should have been easy money.

Kand M Building and Remodeling were good in getting me an estimate. He was upfront and honest. He's a professional. I chose someone else to do the work, but they were good. You can't use everyone that gives you a quote.

We Hired Kand M Building and Remodeling to remodel our bathroom because of how informative they were and that they were able to handel the entire job so we would not have to hire our own plumber and electrician. From the start they were very helpful in the design process and what product to us. Once the job started they arrived to work when they said they and were very clean in the work that they performed. At the end of the day when they were done cleaning up it was like they were never there which was very nice. The job was completed on time and on budget and we are extremely happy with the new bathroom and would highly recommend Kand M Building and Remodeling to anyone.

They did a great job. The gentlemen who came out with was very personable, professional, and neat. He was also neat and prompt. I can't get over how good the gentlemen did.
