We had an emergency - half the power in our house went out and wouldn't come back on. Jeremy came as soon as he was able and arrived right on time. He found the problem and explained clearly what needed to be done. We were really impressed with his professionalism and his ability to explain the issues to us lay people. We're looking forward to having him back to fix some larger issues with the house.
