Integra Clean Carpet Cleaning LLC

Purchased a voucher for Integra Clean on livingsocial.com for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. Found it difficult to schedule appointments, everything is done via voicemail. Scheduled service for 5/14/2012, never showed and never called. Took repeated calls to reschedule. Discovered he showed up on the wrong day when I was not at home. Rescheduled for 6/11/2012 @1pm, he showed up at 10:20am. I have twin babies at home and they had just started their nap. I informed him that our appointment was for 1pm, he said he would do another appointment and return between 1:30-2pm. He never showed, he never called. Also discovered that he had livingsocial.com credit him my voucher for service on 6/10/2012. Integra Clean claims "owner on every job", if this is so it is of no benefit! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! We wanted to work with Integra Clean and support small local businesses. VERY DISAPOINTED!!!! We will not do business with this company!
