Herbie was an excellent, very knowledgeable IT person. I found him through the Home Advisor by Angi. I had a problem installing an internal battery replacement. He knew exactly what to do and replaced it very quickly. He also found something else that would be needed, he ordered it for me, and explained everything he did and what I should do from there on. Herbie was so good about keeping me informed of what he was doing to my laptop. He was able to retrieve most of my data before replacing the hard drive. When I got it home and for some reason, the batterie would not charge. I called we discussed the issue and he ordered a replacement. I will probably hear from him today to get it installed. I feel confident I have found my Computer guy and would recommend for sure.
