Came to us in a timely manner and kept us updated on timing. Once the job was started they remained on site as we needed more done than we had originally anticipated. Very professional and helpful and the work was very high quality. Workers cleaned up every afternoon before going home. We have a dog and they were very careful about closing gates and doors. The contractor uses high quality materials only. They put their name on their work and they insist that it look good when they leave. The contractor recommended a flat trim around the new windows instead of the brickmold and it looks so much more authenic on our garrison colonial. I love the fact that he is always concerned about how much money we were spending and tried to keep costs down as much as he could.They have all the tools they need to do the job, including a power ladder, to get the job done correctly. They came out on a weekend to cover the roof with a tarp on the weekend when we had an unexpected rain storm coming. The contractor was great about letting us know when he would and would not be at our site and craftsmen were at our home the same time each morning. We stopped construction around the new year because of weather but we will be completing the new windows in the spring.
