+ 0 moreMike DiChello, the principal contractor for USA Homes LLC, came to my house the day I called for an estimate, gave me the lowest estimate, showed up exactly when he said he'd be there, did precisely what he said he would do, and did some of the best work I have ever seen. I gathered multiple estimates, researched both the job and USA Homes LLC, and I am convinced, due to his professionalism, his outstanding workmanship, and the reasonable price I paid, that I got the best possible work and the best possible deal. I will use USA Homes LLC again without hesitation, and I highly recommend Mike to all those interested in exemplary work on their homes.
Description of Work: Drywall taping, mudding and sanding for a large room, walls and ceiling, with many gaps (the drywall was not hung by professionals) Carpentry work: boxing in a concrete step and insulating so that it would sound solid when we stepped on it Installing exterior door Installing storm door Installing door handle and deadbolt Installing trim around two windows and two doors Finishing a step into the room using laminate flooring - involved precise cuts of both laminate and the metal trim stripping Adapting a heating vent to fit an unusual opening (wasn't part of the original estimate but done at no charge) Mike also advised me on a unrelated basement flooding problem that happened to occur while he was at my house, and I was able to solve the problem due to his suggestions. He didn't charge for that.
