Placed service call, technician came out within the hour, replaced ignition coil, part was in the truck, checked the operation and was done. Have always received great service and support, Technicians are very professional and knowledgeable.

We have worked with them before for oil and replacement of a hot water heater. They are very professional. quick to provide quote and great about explaining different units and the rebates available. We would definitely use them again.

Information should state that they only provide furnace service for customers they deliver oil too.

It went well. I was very happy with the service. Pricing was reasonable and they did a thorough job.

Our 6-year-old oil fired boiler lost hot water pressure due to mineral build-up within the internal heat transfer coil. Roman Oil first attempted to flush out the coil, but warned that the procedure might not work. They were right. Roman immediately ordered a new coil and installed it today. and quot;Chrisand quot; arrived precisely on time and performed excellent work, restoring even more hot water pressure than we had before. As an aside, during installation Chris accidentally got some water on a nearby tray that we use to feed our cat. Before leaving, he completely washed down the tray and even added fresh food for the kitty! (I guess he is a cat lover.)

The first time that we met with them they gave us a quote for a furnace we were really impressed with them and almost went with them. We really wish we had as we had problems with the company that we chose. We later had them install central AC and they did a fantastic job. Our most recent contact with them was for a furnace cleaning. They did a great job and they fixed the mistakes that another company made. After Roman came our furnace runs much quieter and our humidifier works better. The system had been clogging up because there was not adequate ventilation in the room and they told us how to fix the problem. (something that the company that did the install neglected to tell us). They came when they said they would and are reasonably priced. We really can't say enough about them. This is a wonderful company.

We like their oil delivery. We would recommend them. Their customer service is very good, and they are very responsive. If there is a problem, they are out there right away and talk to us on the phone and that sort of thing.

Evaluation of boiler within 24h of call to request - estimate and offer to service date that day. Service scheduled at my convience - was 1 week later at my request, and service performed as listed above

Everything went well. Workmanship excellent, clean up excellent, went beyond the call of duty (installed a new base pad at no extra cost when old pad proved inadaquate. Now they service what they sold. An overall excellent experience.

Roman knows their business and are customer-friendly.

I've been using Roman Oil for many years. There are well known in Meridian and have a great reputation. Their most recent service was for my seasonal oil burning cleaning. As always they arrive on time, cleaned the burner and left no mess. The guy even wears those plastic booties so your carpet won't get dirty. They are always prompt, courteous, and do a good job. They will be servicing my ac unit and vents. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else. Great personable customer service as well. You can't go wrong with Roman Oil. Happy Heating. I have been using ROman Oil for the past several years. They are a great oil company. In addition to delivering oil they repair heating equipment and hot water heaters. My oil burner/hot water went out several times this past winter and Roman came right out in the middle of the night. They are very dependable and trust worthy. I highly recommend them.
