I was just trying to get information about work I need done. I had a conversation with the owner and I thought he was very thorough and offered me valuable advice and information. He talked with me about a realistic scenario of what would be involved in getting the work done and different options for timelines to complete the job. He was upfront about the fact that once the job is started other things could come up that might affect the price or trajectory of the project. I felt he was very honest.
