It started off well until Hassan received a deposit. I started to notice beer cans laying around. He mixed paint where the walls had patches everywhere. He asked for the Remainding balance when close to complete but never came back to finish. Said he had another job to take care of. I checked after if H&E was registered in Ct and it is NOT. He Saids he has insurance but how,, if your not registered. Beware of this company scams.
Description of Work: I needed interior painting and got screwed. Why is angies list representing unregistered companies?
