Although work performed was quite professional, excessive delays have revised my initial experience with this company. It seems that the worekdforce and management have not been able to cope with the growth of this contractor.

Their price was good and they did better work at the same time. The job was done well. The workers who came out did a good job. It was pretty detail oriented. The crew of two members who came out were very professional and good. I would use them in the future.

Work began on time; some delay while concealed existing conditions were repaired. Mr. Lopez and his crews were very professional and helpful. We are now having CPI paint exterior of house (first removing all exist. paint) and provide energy efficient windows.

I first hired CPI for the roofing job and new rain gutter system. This job was done so well that I later hired CPI for the renovation project. The following problems were encountered: a) Job-site supervisors and workers had minimal English speaking skills. b) The CPI owner/contractor was is rarely on-site. Scheduled meetings and site-visits were often missed, sometimes without a phone call. Added to this no-show problem, despite repeated requests, approximate job-crew start-times were rarely given, and when given, were often way off. c) Start/end-dates were often way off. Work often began well after the scheduled project start date. TDhis sometimes also happened on a day-to-day basis. But once the work got underway it was completed in a timely manner. Only one part of the job was sub-contracted -- refinishing floors in 3 rooms. Overall the work quality/craftsmanship were excellent. The work crews were hard-working and highly skilled, and their equipment was state-of-the-art. Re contract paperwork, the owner/contractor is good about providing detailed estimates/proposals/contracts ?and the final costs did not exceed the proposal.
