Mike and Jim are fantastic, and Jimmy and his crew were wonderful. We purchased a house, and found that it needed an entire repainting on the interior, once we inspected it. Because we were trying to move in before the heavy snows in winter, we were anxious to have the interior painted before we moved, which was scheduled for about 10 days after closing. Jim and Mike at Classic Properties Solutions responded to my request for a quote promptly, provided a detailed quote, and completed the work rapidly, even when there were several unexpected issues to deal with (ceiling repair, HUGE number of screws/anchors in the walls, molding not nailed down, etc). The painting crew was extremely professional, and their work was excellent. The cost ended up being a bit higher than expected, but there were numerous issues that were discovered once the project began, and they were prompt about dealing with everything that came up. One small suggestion (not even really a complaint!): make sure to clarify ahead of time regarding the number of paint colors covered in the quote, as it's not clear in the contract, and that bumps the cost up. We love Classic Property Solutions, they are professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous, and their work is very high quality!
