This company did an amazing job with the initial sale and installation of our chain linked fence in 2011. We got a quote for storm repair to replacing some bent top rail and chain link due to a tree falling on it. We were disappointed in the quote and decided not to have the repair completed. About 2 years later we called them back and John came out and stated he would honor the original quote. We gave our credit card in January and it was charged, but with no date set for the work. I called and left many messages inquiring about a date for repair and no one ever returned them. When I did reach a person in the office, I was told no fence work was being done until the snow was gone. I called again a couple of weeks later and then they stated they wanted to wait until the weather warmed up, but we didn't require any ground work or digging for this repair. I was very uncomfortable with my card having been charged and thought we were being put off and put off. I finally called again to try and schedule the repair and got to speak with John. He listened to my story of lack of returned calls and failure to schedule and was very apologetic. He gave me a day the next week for the repair. I asked him to have someone call so I could be home . No one called and I happened to be home when the workers arrived. They were professional and did great work. John never called back to see if I was satisfied or even as a courtesy. The product is good but the experience was poor and I thought their customer service was very delinquent. I hope my experience is an anomaly.

We needed to replace a section of our fence in order to keep our mutt in the yard. I stopped by Cornerstone on my way home from work and met with John, the owner. John gave me a fair estimate, no nonsense. When I decided to go ahead, the install was scheduled for the next day. The install was done by Rich and Joey and I couldn't have imagined a better job. They came by while I was at work and I came home to a beautiful new fence. The big plus here is I suspect that Cornerstone usually does much larger jobs than what I needed. Mine was 150ft of chain link but they took it on without reservation and did an excellent job. As a result, I recommend Cornerstone without reservation and will be sure to recommend them to anyone that I hear of needing fencing.

They were fabulous and did a fabulous job too. They stood by their word. We had a problem and they came out the next day. Their price was not cheap but not the highest; it was in between. They did everything that they said they would do. They cleaned up. The people were excellent. They were better than pretty good; they were excellent. This company knew what they were doing. The guy who owns the business comes and checks out everything. He is not there is on the job but he there before the guys show up. He shows them exactly what he wants done and comes to check the work that has been done before he signs off on the job. The people that came out smoked but they cleaned up. The cleanup was excellent. They didn’t waste any time or ask for anything and did their job. We had only one problem with the fence after a major rain. They were out there right away. They knew about drainage and all about airflow. They did the best job and it was worth the money. We live in the country and didn’t want to see my fence. They knew exactly what to do to make the fence look like it wasn’t there.
