It turned out great and they were wonderful. They were very consistent, on time, and did the job very quickly. They were reliable and did what they said they were going to do. The roof and gutters both looked good when they were done. The scheduling was great.

The crew of 3 arrived just before 7:00 a.m. They used a vacuum to remove debris and placed it in large plastic buckets which they provided. I appreciated seeing what had been removed! It went very well, especially considering that the lower gutters (on the porches, had grown moss due to the mossy ground and the shading of the two large maples. (the lower gutters were clogged; the uppers escaped the moss!) The crew left before 8:00 a.m.

They came out and did an estimate and I decided it would be too complicated because we have an old house so I just don't need an gutters installed.

This deal is not applicable to the work that I need done.

I have a decent size home with approximately 250 lineal feet of gutters. Because of the slope of my yard, a couple of places (ground to roof) exceeds 30 feet in height, meaning I?m pretty wary of cleaning my gutters myself. A year or so after I had the house built I installed my own plastic gutter guards, but had to pay a handyman to install them on the highest part of my roof as my ladder wouldn't reach. The guards worked pretty well for a while until the sun made them brittle. They seemed to be designed well, but after a couple of years even those began to clog. To make a very long story short, I began researching gutter guards again recently and gathered feedback from everywhere including a leading consumer product testing magazine and a zillion internet reviews. Finally I looked on Angie?s list for a reputable installer. Based on many positive reviews, I contacted Wood and Wood for a quote for both gutter cleaning as well as a gutter guard system. Wood and Wood uses ?Evelyn?s Leaf Solution? gutter guards and included a one foot section of the guard with their quote. I was very impressed with the sample they sent me and tried to clog it while running water and debris over it in my kitchen sink. Evelyn?s gutter guard is so well designed that I?m hard pressed to see how it could ever clog, short of pouring liquid tar over it. The metal (top screen) mesh has holes so small that even shingle grit can?t pass through, yet water easily does. Wood and Wood quoted me $2500 to remove my old guards, clean my gutters and downspouts and install Evelyn?s Leaf solution on my whole gutter system. It comes with a 5 year guarantee. Because I?m an Angie?s list member they took off $300, my net cost being $2200. The earliest appointment they had was 2 weeks later, but I was scheduled to be out of state. I had them come during that time anyway and was sure that my outside faucets were turned on for them. Wood and Wood did an absolutely fantastic job for me. The gutter guards are working perfectly. A few weeks prior to their installation, I had solar panels installed on my roof and as a result some of granules from the roof shingles were loosened. I checked out the guards after a heavy rain, and in one spot where my roofs converge, there was a small pile of granules sitting on top of my new gutter guards ? proving they worked as designed. Wood and Wood did a great job for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The discount they gave me for being an Angie?s list member paid for my membership several times over. I highly recommend Wood and Wood and the Evelyn?s Leaf Solution system.

The installers were phenomenal. They were polite, professional, ON TIME. The job was perfectly done, and all scrap materials were picked up and hauled away. I would recommend them to everyone!!

The provider was very prompt and polite in his response, but I was not able to use the deal.

It went very well. They even fixed a part of my gutter. I thought they would wash out the gutters but they said the rain would take care of that. Regardless, I would have them back again.

I was told the crew were coming on a specific day and time, but I had no evidence that they arrived. In fairness, the team was responding to an overwhelming amount of orders as a result of a Big Deal offer. The owner said they had come to my home, but in actuality they must have gone to a different home (wrong address?). The owner came to my home and did the work himself. He was apologetic and very nice to work with. I believe they typically would provide a great service and this was an aberration under the circumstances (responding to The Big Deal).

This was the second Angie's List special that I have used from this company. The service person showed up around 7:45am (un-anounced though) and got promptly to work. He carefully tread around the slate roof that I had to use a blower to remove 97% of the oak tree droppings from the roof and the gutters. Once he finished that, he double check two corner joints for leaks (there were none, drips just caused by the geometry of the roof and gutters). Before packing up, he used the blower to remove and debris from steps and walks, he even blew the debris off of the car parked in the driveway. One negative: I questions the safety of walking on a steep roof (in particular slate) without an assistant or harness while wearing a blower back-pack. Will use this company again for some additional gutter work.

Mike Wood and I corresponded by email, which works out great for me since I can't easily make personal calls from my job. Mike asked for details regarding the work to be done, and I emailed him a full page of details. He and his crew must have read my email very carefully, because they took care of all my gutter problems in addition to doing a great job cleaning out the gutters. When I explained that the snow plow continually plowed the end of downspout off my gutter, they installed a piece that would drain the water to the side, so the plow shouldn't take it off again. The gutter that had shifted a bit and was being held together with duck tape now has a beautiful piece connecting the two parts that split. Finally, the downspout that had been ripped down by a competitor (clearly not in the same league) was reattached. In addition, my yard was left spotless, no gutter pieces left behind, no duct tape left in the flower bed, and no leaves or debris were left as a result of cleaning the gutters. Wood & Wood are truly a class act. I will definitely hire them again!

Actual service went well, and price was right, and was performed approximately a week after placing my order. However, perhaps due to overselling the Angie's deal, after ordering I received an emailing informing me that it was uncertain when the service would be provided due to resource constraints. I was ok with this, asking for confirmation when the timing was certain so I could be there for the appointment. A few days later, I happened to be home to meet another vendor, and Wood and Wood pulled up to perform the service. They did a fine job and had no complaints with the work, but I had received no notice that they would be coming. If I had not been home, I would have returned that day to a sign on my lawn saying the work was performed, and would not have been pleased. That said, assuming the communication issue is settled, I would use them again in the future.

They were on time, quick, and most importantly, didn't try to tell me I needed something I didn't

Mike Wood came out to out house to give us an estimate of cleaning the gutters vs replacing the gutters. During the period of time we were in discussion, he had a special offer on Angie's list and applied that to our project. We went with the gutter replacement as there was a difference of about $600 between cleaning and replacing. Mike was great to work with. The day of the installation went smoothly from beginning to end. We were notified when the crew would arrive and they were exactly on time. The work was performed very well and all was cleaned up before they left. Our gutters look great, the color matches well, and they are working perfectly. We would highly recommend Wood and Wood Seamless Gutters to anyone.

I emailed them and within a day I received a response on the website asking for my contact info. I heard from then within 48 hours of giving them my contact info. I spoke with Terri who was extremely nice and told me they would be out as soon as possible and the cost should be around $150. They were out the next day and completed their work while I was away. The cost was exactly what Terri said it would be. I couldn't be happier with the service and price.

I used Wood and Wood Seamless Gutters previously. I left a message via Angie's list for Wood and Wood; that I needed his help and he quickly got in contact with me. He asked what timeframe that I had available - gave him the dates. He actually showed up a day earlier and accomplished everything I needed. My being a Disabled Veteran, I'm not able to the things that I used to do. Wood and Wood & Angie's list you are a God send. I will continue doing business with Both. Very Happy with their Services.

It went fine! They did the job. It was quick, from the time I received the quote of an estimate to the time they came out to service.

I have used this provider in the past for gutter cleaning. Although the current job must be deferred for a couple of weeks, based on past performance I have confidence in them. Michael was very patient and explained the situation thoroughly. The size of the job fit their Angie's List deal, so the price was very good.

Mike was quite responsive. I had a written quote within 5 business days of first contact, and he gave me the deal price that he would be running the following week. We were able to do the quote and execution via email, which is important to me. The repair was done within the next 5 business days. It's the best looking gutter on the house, and is working quite well judging from this morning's rain. Thanks, Mike!

They were very responsive and even came out quickly to redirect a down spout I was concerned about.

Wood and Wood Seamless Gutters LLC were on time and did the work. They were actually fixing a leak in the gutter and within a matter of a few months the leak came back. I hate to not recommend them. I am very busy working to get a chance to have them come out and try to fix it again. I guess I would be neutral. I didn't call them back and give them a chance to fix. I would use them again in the future to give them a fair shot.

I contacted the service provider and since it was winter we decided to wait until better weather. We never heard back from the service provider to schedule an appointment. I may or may not use them in the future. I have decided to seek a refund from Angie's List.
