We set up an appointment for 9/12/12. I waited during the day so that I can discuss issues I wanted to have looked at. Noone showed up or called. I followed up with the owner and he said he would get back to me with status as he was out of town. The following day in the afternoon he sent me an email to apologize that his people didn't come the day they were supposed to. He indicated that they were there the following day instead. I wasnt made aware until after the service had been completed the following day. The owner apologized and said I needed further service done on my gutter for a fee. I didn't pursue any further services with this business.

My neighbor has two trees and most of the leaves fall onto my house and property I used Wood and Wood in the spring 2011, and they did such a great job I had them clean the gutters again in June 2012. They arrived as arranged, performed their work and cleaned up both times; they were professional and efficient. I plan to use them again this year.

I contacted Wood & Wood and received a call back within an hour. The representative was very courteous and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. They cam and did the gutter cleaning, tightened any loose nails on the gutters and left the yard and front of the property very clean. I will be using their service again and have told neighbors about them as well.

I purchased the service on groupon. They schedule me right away. The day they arrived, they parked on the street, not my driveway. They had 3 people to handle the job. They were very quick and my house looks terrific

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for services from Wood & Wood Seamless Gutters for $900 for 1000 lineal feet of installation of Leaf Solution gutter shields in September of 2011. I called to schedule an estimate, and an appointment was made for a date within a week. The company rep to came to do the estimate was prompt and polite, and wrote an estimate for me that included the 1000 lineal feet, the additional footage I needed, and at my request, an additional new section of gutter to be installed on the back roof line of my garage (at the advertised discount for Angie's List members). I agreed to the price estimated, and the main office called to schedule the installation. The Wood & Wood Team arrived and did the installation efficiently, in just a couple of hours in a single day. I was very happy with the service. The $900 "Big Deal" was, indeed, an excellent price for 1000 feet, and the discounted price for the additional footage was fair. I definitely recommend Wood & Wood, and also recommend the Leaf Solution gutter shields. I got them to keep out the (plentiful!) pine needles over my roof, and their particular design works very well.

The entire experience was positive. Mike is coming here this week for more gutter work. We did not hesitate to call him. I would recommend MIke and his crew without hesitation. They are simply the best I have encountered.

I saw the 'Special' on Angie's list to have gutters cleaned for a flat rate of $89.00. They came when expected and cleaned the gutters and downspouts. They also removed the wire coverings prior to the cleaning and replaced them when done. Both individuals where very friendly and seemed to do a go job.

The people arrived very punctually by 8:00 AM, and they wasted no time in getting to the work at hand. Within 45 minutes they had cleaned my gutters and inspected them as well. They repaired a downspout strap that had come loose, and were gone by 9:00 AM. I could not ask for better service, and when I went out to talk to the two fellows who did the work, they were very polite. Based on their performance on this job, I would have no hesitation in hiring them to do anything pertaining to gutters.

They came in a timely manner and completed the job in one day. The area they worked in was cleaner than when they arrived. The gutters looked good and drained properly. They did a good job and I would recommend them. We did use the Angies List coupon of 60 feet of seamless aluminum gutter for $199.00, which provided a discount or around 45% for the 60 feet.

Very good work by this company. Prompt service and very good customer support. I really liked the fact that someone was almost always reachable by phone and they returned phone calls quickly. They know their business, and we were pleased with the results and the company. We would definitely use them again.

I wasn't able to use this deal because I was not in their service area. They responded promptly after I purchased the deal and seemed professional though.

They called to confirm appt. and arrived as they said they would. I was impressed with their work.

The work turned out good. The price was right. The water seems to be draining better. Apart from that, I asked him if he did power washing. He said he did, but the price was too high for that, due to traveling charges, he wanted $400. He said that I wasn’t in his backyard. But I noticed on his profile on Angie’s List, they state that they do not include travel charges. Other than that, the service was good.

I have no idea. The only way I know that the company actually came was that I found a lawn sign on my front yard. I did not get any notification from the company that they were coming on the particular day, or any indication that they were here other than the sign. I never actually saw them. And since I can't see in my gutters, I can't tell if they did a good job cleaning them.

Excellent service, quick and professional response. Work was very timely and delivered a head of schedule and at a very reasonable price.
