They seemed fine. They came promptly, put them in and seemed fine. I am happy with them. They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They were there about 5 minutes early.

I contacted Mike on Thursday and he promptly returned my call the next day. He was able to come out on Monday to give me an estimate and paid close attention to some problem areas I was concerned with. His explanations were easy to understand and he had a few suggestions about making some minor changes. His two man crew arrived the next morning and started their work. I was inside the house the entire time and I could not hear anything! I even went out to make sure they were working because they were so quiet. They let me know when they were finished and cleaned up completely before they left. Mike came out the next day to inspect their work and found one minor detail he was not happy with. It was corrected immediately! It was a pleasure working with Mike and his crew and will definitely call him again if I need any more work done in the future,

I purchased a gutter cleaning coupon from Angie's list. When I called to make the appointment , the person who answered was very professional and set up the appointment time to correlate with my availability. The day of the appointment, a truck full of ladders and workers arrived to clean the gutters on my two story house. The job was completed efficiently and perfectly. One of the workers walked under all the gutters to make sure any debris that fell from the gutters was not left behind on the lawn. They were courteous and respectful.

We worked with Mike, he was very responsive and very flexible working around our timelines and construction mess. The coupon was for gutters only and he was very up front about all pricing to include leaf solution etc. the work was done EXTREMELY FAST. ( 1 hour at 7am which was convenient for us). The two men who did the job were professional and efficient. We LOVE the gutters and the leaf solution - it's keeping out everything! As mentioned above Mike is working with us to schedule the remaining gutters and leaf solution install (206') and its great to work with a company that is willing to work in large sections and around DIY'ers. We are slower than contractors and Mike has been very responsive and flexible with us.

We purchased gutter cleaning service based on a big deal advertisement through Angie's List, but unfortunately learned that our home address was not in their geographic service area. Money was refunded, but the advertised deal was misleading.

Wood and Wood arrived on time and were very professional. They got straight to the job and finished in a little less than an hour. They made sure that they cleaned up any leaves and debris that had fallen onto the deck or into the bushes. Would most definitely use them again. Great job.

I received a coupon from Angie's List on-line and purchased the service for Whole House Spring Gutter Cleaning from the company. They actually showed up a couple of days early to see if they could perform the work on that day instead of the scheduled date. It was fine with me and Pat told me everything he was going to do. He asked if I noticed any problems and I told him where the problems were. My gutters were changed when the roof was replaced about 5 years ago. He found a piece of rubber strapping in the front gutter which had slowed and eventually stopped the water flow from draining properly. He re-pitched the back gutter which always overflowed during normal/heavy rains. He cleaned up any debris that fell to the ground the cleaning process. He explained everything he did and made sure there was nothing else he could do for me. Very professional! Will use again.

Arrived on time for the estimate, was professional and courteous. When rain postponed service, received an email regarding delay and when to expect the rescheduled service. All at an exceptional price. Excellent experience, will definitely utilize this company again in the future.

The gentlemen arrived and identified themselves and we discussed the work to be done. My home is a small ranch style home. After a short period of time they came back to the door to tell me that since they were covered gutters there would be an additional $100.00 charge. They said that it was written in the Angie's list description. I DID NOT HAVE A COMPUTER AT THE HOUSE; HOWEVER, WHEN I CHECKED IT I COULD NOT LOCATE INFORMATION REFERRING TO COVERED GUTTERS. Since I already took off part of my work day which is difficult for me to arrange - I told them I would pay it because it needed to be done. I really felt that I was at a disadvantage. This question should have been addressed at the time of scheduling. The two young men completed the cleaning and put up the piece that had fallen off and it looked good from the ground. They were polite and professional. It is a difficult situation to grade; however, I was not happy about the additional charge, specifically when the entire cleaning was completed in 15-20 minutes.

Overall experience was great. They worked like a well oiled machine.

Mike Wood told me that his crew was pretty busy that day, but would be out the following Friday or Monday. I told him the sooner the better, and they could come at any time, as I am home most of the time. They came on Thursday and finished the job within about an hour or so. They were fast, but efficient, and they were very pleasant when I spoke with them about the pergola. They assured me that it would be no problem to reverse the slope of the gutter and leave the pergola's appearance unchanged. They were absolutely correct...when they completed the work, everything looked as good as, or better than before. I was quite impressed with the work they did, and with the rapid response to my stated need. No more water in my basement, and we have had some fairly heavy rainfall since Mike's crew was here. And they were very professional, both in performance and in communication. I would recommend Wood and Wood Seamless Gutters, LLC very highly to my friends, family and others who might inquire.

The whole process went very well. Mike promptly returned every phone call. He offered to provide an estimate at 7:30 in the morning which I thought was impressive. He showed up at the house for the estimate exactly when he said he would. He suggested changing the downspout layout (the only contractor to suggest changes) which will help with drainage issues. He re-worked the estimate after we changed our minds from doing the entire house to just the back of the house. The new gutter looks wonderful, we are very pleased.

Mike from Wood & Wood contacted me within a day of my purchasing the Angie's "big deal" for the discounted gutter cleaning and tuning services. The job was performed, as scheduled, the following week. In addition, he provided a quote for follow-up work he recommended, based on his inspection of our existing gutters. I would definitely use Wood and Wood for future work.

E-mailed on Saturday, sent photos of damage, came to the house to see in person and completed estimate on the spot Monday. Thurs. a crew came to the house removed damaged gutters and installed new ones and cleaned up.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and they came back to do some extra work. They were great. The owner Michael Wood was extremely responsive. He was the one who reached out to me after I got the deal. He returned calls very quickly. Even though it was a small job, he was on top of it. He was excellent.

Things went excellent with them. They performed their work promptly and professinonally. Everything they stated prior to doing the job is what they did in fact do. The phone intereaction I had with them was very pleasant, and they were very responsive.

I contacted the company from the Angie's List deal before I purchased to determine if they serviced my area. I received a prompt return call. I was outside their service area, but they agreed to travel to my location for a nominal travel fee ($25). On the date of service a technician arrived within 15 minutes of our scheduled time - most likely attributable to the travel time. The technician arrived in a company vehicle with the logo on the side of the truck. He was polite and conducted a visual inspection of the gutters. One area of the house had significant leaks in the gutter. He made the necessary adjustment to create the necessary pitch so roof water drains appropriately. He also replaced the leaky corner portion of the gutter and cleaned the remaining gutters. He answered questions about rainwater build up on a flat portion of my roof and provided suggestions to correct drainage which he would correct for an additional fee or I could repair on my own. I elected to repair it on my own with the suggestions he provided. The entire inspection/gutter cleaning/repair was completed within an hour. I attempted to tip the technician, but he politely refused. I attempted to pay the technician the $25 travel fee which he also refused. My overall experience with the company was favorable and I would recommend them to others and utilize their services in the future.

I had originally purchased the Big Deal Coupon for the gutter Tune-Up and Cleaning but was so impressed with Wood & Wood I ended up having them install a new gutter on my back porch. As soon as I purchased the coupon an email from Mike arrived in my inbox acknowledging my purchase and asking me for more details so that he could do a thorough inspection and provide me with the exact services i was in need of. He then followed up with a phone call to my husband (as i has requested in the email) and got all the information he needed. The workers arrived when they were supposed to. Did the work they were supposed to and left the place spotless. I then received my bill for the added work promptly. Sadly when what they did did not fix the problem they were totally unresponsive to my requests they come back out and take a look and repair.

MIke sent a team member to clean my gutters, despite the horrible 4 feet of snow on the ground. He was extremely responsive and the rates were great. I would highly recommend their services.
