Spent all of 8 minutes cleaning gutters...fast but sloppy. Did the job but just felt ripped off.

Excellent communication, prompt arrival and clean, efficient work.

Took them awhile to find time to get the job done but it was done well and for a reasonable price. I'd make the same choice again. Reputable, well run company, wish they had better availability.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. They picked up the debris they dropped.

First, Michael Wood called immediately in the Spring within a few days of my purchasing the voucher. He was scheduling me for an appointment. I had to let him know I was not ready to have the gutters cleaned that early in the year. The leaves had not come out and I knew there would be "do-dads" coming off the trees and falling into the gutters. I had the gutters cleaned the previous Fall season. I called on June 24, 2013 and he told me he was scheduling gutter cleaning in my area on July 16 & 17, 2013. I said fine when it is close to the date just let me know which day it would be and morning or afternoon. On July 15, 2013 two workers arrived early in the morning unannounced to clean the gutters. Fortunately, I was still home but had planned to go out to do some errands. I never have any work done here unless I am home. The worker's leaf blower would not start so I suggested they use my hose to clean out the gutters. It took them no more than 15 minutes to go up on the roof and hose out the gutters. The work was not worth more than the $99.00 I paid for it. The "true value" of the voucher was inflated. They showed up a day early unannounced and with equipment that did not work. I would not have Wood & Wood again for any job. The owner is very inconsiderate and did not have the courtesy to send me an e-mail or place a call letting me know when to expect my gutters to be cleaned.

Perfect. Wasn't home and didn't know they did they were there, except the gutters were clean and a card was in the door.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. He was very good. He was very timely and very responsive. Their pricing and quality was good.

It went well. The only suggestion I have is that the staff should communicate ahead of the time when they are planning to stop by. I had scheduled this for August 9th at 7 am. Mike's staff showed up a day earlier and started to do their work. I was not at home but my wife talked to his staff briefly. My wife was surprised to see them expectedly. Overall the experience was positive and Mike is very responsive via email. I would hire him again and hope they show up on the scheduled time.

They were great. Efficient, effective, even went the extra mile to fix a leak. If I could, I would have taken advantage of another deal they had been running to replace a length of gutter (great price).

Wood and Wood demonstrated a level of customer concern that was really unparalleled. The work was done well, quickly and professionally. We just experienced some torrential rains that put our formerly problematic gutters to the test and they passed with flying colors. Despite having two or three areas that needed to be tightened, I don't think it took the workmen more than a 1/2 hour. Where Wood & Wood really excelled was in making sure that we were happy. We ordered our Big Deal and did not hear from them in about a week. When I called to complain to Angie's List, I learned that Angie's had just changed their notification system to contractors and were experiencing bugs in the system. Once notified, Mike Wood emailed with apologies and upon my response, called to make sure he could make things right even though the error was not their fault. Later, when he waived our additional fee for tuning the gutters. Great work, great service, stand up business.

From start to finish the entire process was outstanding. Not only did they match other contractors bids, Wood and Wood had the best presentation and was extremely responsive to my calls. The work was completed in under four ours by two installers who were not only friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend Wood and Wood.

I thought they would use a hose. I’ve had work done by another company who used the hose and charged me $100. I can’t say I’m happy or unhappy with them. It was just fine. Two men came and they were here around 15 minutes. I hope they did what they said they did. They were supposed to come out, but I had to have it rescheduled. Overall, scheduling was fine.

Could not have gone better... the installation we done in less then two hours..

While they were cleaning the gutters they noticed they were lose on one side of the house, so they fixed them by tightening them and did not charge any extra. They also noticed that on the roof, the boots on the pipes were deteriorated and recommended we contact the people who installed the roof to get that fixed. Overall, based on the service I received, I would recommend them.

He did a go job but only did the first level not the top. The parts he did was great. He was very nice.

We were unable to be home the day of the estimate so they left the info and a price. It was a little higher than I thought it would be but after looking in to it some more found that it was reasonable. Gave us a start date and worker arrived on time did a good job with the install & clean up.

I had previously selected another provider but I told this provider that I was impressed with his responsiveness and would call if my arrnagement did not work out.

They came and did the work and did a very good job. They were careful and cleaned things out; they unclogged a downspout for me. They made sure the baskets in the downspout were cleaned out. They did a good job. They were careful about not tossing any debris into our garden, they took the debris away in buckets.
