Description of Work: Mike Wood scheduled us for a service on August 22, 2013 but contacted us that day and said that upon inspection, the service could not be performed because our gutters have covers on them. He informed us that removing the covers to clean the gutters would be much more expensive than the deal we had purchased. Further, he said that with the covers in place our gutters should be clean. So, we've requested a refund at this time.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 big deal to have gutters cleaned and heard from someone the next day. I let him know that I also wanted a gutter and downspouts put back up after a paiknting job and he went by the house to look over the job that same week. I didn't need to be there which was a plus for me. He gave me an estmate on the added work and a date for it to be done. When I got home after work on the day of the job the work was all done and they had cleaned up completely. This was the easiest service call I have ever scheduled.

Description of Work: Mike was on time and easy to work with, when he saw the amount of work needed, he was the one who recommended a refund of the second Big Deal that we ordered. The gutter installation happened the nest week after the assessment, and the staff member was on time as well. I would recommend Wood and Wood Seamless Gutters to anyone who needs gutters. They do a great job!

Description of Work: Removed existing gutting guards that were damaged and installed a different type of guard that seems to be more durable and more effective. Price was considerably more than I anticipated but that was because our house is fairly large. Since the work was done so long ago, I'm guessing as to what the price was. The owners were easily reachable by cell and very responsive--came back quickly to address one minor issue.

Description of Work: Vendor sent me an e mail telling me that he did not work in my town...yet I was able to purchase this via my membership with Angie's list.. then i explained to him exactly where I was located...and he sent me another e mail explaining again he did the distance. I understand this...no problem just disappointment he was professional.. then i forwarded his e mail to Angie's list requesting my refund...but never head back....So what do I do? ...call Amex and dispute the charge or will your/this survey.... service forward to customer service at Angie's List and help me resolve this. thanks peter davis
