+ -1 moreWayne called 48 hours prior to meeting in order to look at our kitchen. He explained that they were too busy to come out right now, and did not want to reschedule. disappointing, because based on the reviews we were looking forward to having them do not only our kitchen, but some of our rental units.

Their design and knowledge of all details was much appreciated as we have a very old house so there were many things to consider (that we would not have thought of). They provided suggestions that worked for our house and the quality of work was excellent. All contractors who were used were also very professional and we were happy with their work.

+ -1 moreIt was a great experience all around. It was a great partnership, where my ideas were valued and solutions were found. They provided honest feedback and they were very interested in ensuring that I was happy with my decisions. They had a great deal of patience with me. I never felt rushed into making a decision. The cabinets themselves were of a high quality at a fair price, and the design services were very customized to my space and my needs. The installer did a great job too, focusing on a very high level of detail and taking great care in handling the cabinetry, while also being careful while working in my kitchen. The project went as scheduled, which was a relief because I needed to coordinate my work schedule in advance. They also partnered with a granite company for my countertop, and that granite company did a great job too.
Description of Work: Provided design services, cabinetry, and installation for a kitchen remodel. Pricing included granite countertops from a partnering granite company.

+ 0 moreVery professional and punctual, but also expensive compared to the competition. Estimator was generous in his time, followed-up, and clearly wanted the job, but the competition was more than 10% less, so I went elsewhere. He gave a written estimate, left samples, and as quite knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Heartwood gave estimate on refacing kitchen cabinets and installing a new granite countertop.

+ 1 moreHeartwood Cabinetry exceeded my and my client's 'expectations. Their designs and suggestions were spot on to add style and functionality to this remodeled kitchen. It is unheard of but there were no major issues, timelines were kept and the craftsmanship is excellent. Especially the stove vent hood with the corbels. It is stunning - the whole kitchen is just a pleasure to be in and the client is thrilled.

Description of Work: My husband and I ventured into the job of general contracting the building of our home. My main task was the kitchen. i was refered to Laura from a friend and was happy to find she was located just a few minutes away. I had already had three other quotes/ designs when i met Laura. She began explaining one of the cabinet lines she used, I was very impressed. I had a specific wood species/ color that I was looking for and she was able to provide this. I felt her prices were extremly competive and the quaility of cabinets were far better than Home Depot. I worked with Laura for several months during the building of my home. She was very helpful when ever i had questions and needed any coordinating with any of the other contractors. The cabinets have been installed and they are better than I imagined. It was a a great experience working with Laura and the crew from Heartwood Cabinetry. I would highly recomend visiting them and seeing first hand their wonderful work.

Description of Work: From my first call to Heartwood cabinetry I knew my experience was going to be great. Laura was the one who answered the phone, very professional. I told her what I was looking to do in my kitchen and she was ready to help. Not knowing much about kitchen remodeling she made it so I was at ease! We scheduled an appointment for me to come to the showroom and go over my thoughts. Based on her experience with kitchen design she said she would like to come to the house and take a look at th available space and see if she could make any additional suggestions. When she came she was very professional and was keeping in mind the limited space I had to work with and my price. She gave great suggestions for more cabinet space and look and feel! We then went to work on cabinet styles , and price. While searching she made sure my budget was in mind so I didn't go over! Any time I had a question or concern she was willing to listen and provide a solution. Sometimes people treat you like your a number I did not feel that way at all! The installation went very smooth and the crew was great ! I would definitely use them for another project and referr them to my friends! Everyone that comes over loves the new look of my kitchen! Thanks Heartwood Cabinetry for bringing my home alive again!!!!
