Top Level Inc

I liked this contractor very much. He had all the qualities that you would want in a contractor. He provided some great ideas for the bathrooms. He was upfront and pointed out things that you may not be aware of and could save cost. He was the top person on my list. My choice came down to a referral from a friend. Other than that, I would have used him.

These guys are extremely friendly and very professional. They were timely, the quality of the work was excellent and communication was good. I switched gears on them a couple of times and they were more than happy to accommodate my changes. I could not have asked for a better contractor.

He tried to talk me into having more work done than I wanted including the master bathroom. I told the reasons why I wasn't looking for any additional work done but he still tried to convince me I should. He was a friendly person but too friendly for a business meeting. I decided not to hire him because his actions were inappropriate and were highly unprofessional. Based on reviews on Angie's List that is why I wanted to get an estimate from this company.

He is very fair priced. I wanted to sell my home so I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on remodeling. I got 7 different estimates that were all very high. I was extremely pleased when he came over and gave me a quote. He put in a new door and some molding. He has painted a number of rooms for me and did a great job.

They installed new tile, fixtures, etc. They are very professional and do very good work. They are always on time and clean up behind themselves. If I have more work down the line I would hire them in a heartbeat. The price was cheaper than the other 4 quotes.

It went very well overall. I have always had difficulty getting contractors to call me back . I was called back in a timely manner. The next day the owner came for a estimate. He was great about fitting the job into my schedule. The work was done over the course of three days and he was always on time. The job site was always kept very clean and he payed attention to detail. I think he may have been higher priced than other contractors but I don't mind paying more for these reasons. The work looks great !
