The sales staff was very helpful. They also did the installation. One technician came out and completed the work in under a half hour. He was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure to not damage the floors. I had no problem with scheduling the installation. They even took the old stove away.

I often go to Sear's for simple routine service like this. They are very convenient, with extended hours; easy to get walk-in service; and they are right in the mall, so there are a million ways to kill the time while waiting for the service to be done. One thing I especially value is that they are always very good about not trying to sell me stuff that I don't need. I have brought my car there for service in the past because I suspected I might have a problem and after diagnosis been told that I did not actually need any repairs, everything was fine, and no one tried to sell me an unnecessary repair or make something up. However, it would be great if they could streamline their checkout process, if several people are in line it can take forever to get out of there.

They were friendly. The experience was very positive. They don't charge for an initial consultation. They told me that I do need a part eventually, but I can wait. They said that when I do need this part it would be $70 and that includes the installation. I liked the free diagnostics and that they are associated with a big company to whom you can complain to if there are any problems. They were nice.
