Zach at Reichelt construction built a garage for us. We are incredibly pleased with the final product. He was communicative, asked for our input, and was professional throughout the process. He even helped us out afterward when we needed to get an electric vehicle charge installed quickly. It was not inexpensive by any means, but it was definitely a reasonable price given the quality of the work and materials. It took a few months beyond the six months stated in the contract, but we have come to expect this with projects such as this one, and we never pushed to have it done faster. We could not recommend Reichelt CC enough if you have a job you want done right.

They did a great job on the roof, showed up on time and were very clean. They were also able to figure out a solution to my sagging front concrete steps that had slipped out of alignment Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend them

Contractor and employees where friendly and courteous. Showed up on time. Completed project on schedule. Pickup and cleanup after themselves. Never gave any problems with contract, and extras that where performed. Treated fairly for extra's. Contract was replacing under-structure of 200 year old building, as well as preserving historical aspect of building. Project included ripping out of old floors and beams. Install new laminate beams, jacking of home, installing new beams, with new sub-flooring. Installation and finish of new oak flooring. Sanding and finishing of existing floors throughout. Rebuilding and installing new closet. Painting, papering and sheet rock work. I was a electrical contractor specializing on service to customers, for 36 years. Sold business 8 years early to retire. Lost contacts with all my ties. Was skeptical on hiring contractor. However was very pleased working with Zachary and his crew. Would recommend highly. Plan on using for future projects

Having worked in design/real estate/construction, I am extremely detailed in quality and design standards and hold high expectations of any work outcome. I needed to replace and expand a deck to my house and worked with Zachary, the owner of RCC, Reichelt Construction. His completed work far exceeded my goal. During the design phase, we talked about a number of options. He was patient and helpful, developing cost-conscious approaches and alternatives that didn't degrade the design. It was a team approach with his professional expertise guiding the project. We did a beautiful Azek honey-colored deck with white rails and copper cap accents. It is perfection! Everyone in the neighborhood complements me on the deck. I am so pleased to have met and worked with Zachary. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and exacting to professional standards. The work was completed on schedule and within budget. I highly recommend RCC for a deck or home improvement project.

We have been waiting to have a nice deck built for many years and I gave Zach a simple layout of what we wanted and he designed all the details and built the exact deck we wanted. Construction and attention to detail were wonderful. They showed a lot of pride in their work and kept the job site clean.

We had some water damage in the basement and were lucky to come across Zach who did a great job helping us get everything back in order. He was flexible, responsive, and overall great to work with.

I recently had my deck stained by Reichelt construction and they did an amazing job! My deck was really worn out and had mildew and moss growing in between the seams of the steps and on some of the boards used for flooring. Everything was sanded down, pressure washed/stripped, and then stained with a solid color of Cape Cod red. I was beyond impressed. My deck looked like it was brand new! Zach and his crew did an impeccable job and I will definitely keep them in mind for my other upcoming projects.I highly recommend Reichelt construction for their pricing,workmanship and ease of communication

Zac and his crew did a first class job of removing a small landing off my porch and replacing it with a small deck that I could use as a barbecue area. First class workmanship throughout and the most pleasant set of workers one could ask for. RCC will definitely be on top of my list for any future requirements.

My wife and I hired RCC to replace two decks on our house built in 1850. When they started the project they found some looming problems with our band joist (rot and water damage), and support to the rear of the house (sagging because of this). Zach not only took the time to show me the problems, but offer a range of solutions at a range of prices to resolve the issues he found. His integrity, desire to do the job right, superb customer service, and amazing workmanship is why I will be using RCC if I ever need contracting work again. Our decks are beautiful, our house is safer and more stable, and we could not be happier!!

We own a large English style Tudor home and needed the cedar trim painted. There were also several trim boards and window casings that needed repair and/or replacing. We interviewed several contractors for the work through Home Advisor and local contacts and eventually choose Reichelt based on past customer reviews and their competitive pricing. They were the only firm that seemed to understand the limits of what we wanted done and didn't try to expand the project beyond our budget. Their people were very professional throughout the project, from the basic carpentry work, the painting process and the clean-up after the work was completed. Our home looks terrific and we feel we received excellent value for the money we invested. We would strongly recommend Reichelt to any homeowners looking for combination carpentry and painting work.

RCC installed custom ordered storm doors in one day. Then they reconstructed the front of my garage after finding extensive carpenter ant damage. The entire project looks beautiful.

Zachary Reichelt built us a deck that looks like a fine piece of furniture in our backyard. The deck is finished with trim and all the woodwork was routed and sanded to perfection. We could never have imagined that a deck could look so special. I wouldn't be surprised if in the future people look to him to build such unique decks. We're so pleased!

The cost was very reasonable for two handyman jobs well done. He was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely hire this company again.

RCC was the best value for the money of all the quotes we received. He was on time, communicated clearly and often and was very fair. He didn't try to sway me to do anything so I never felt pressured. The work was good, and he answered all my questions and concerns. He also cleaned up the mess daily, and gave me clear expectations and advice. I felt guided, and I am glad I put my trust here. I recommend him highly!
