Simply put, I have never encountered a Plumber as ineffective and inept. I had this guy plumb two whole bathrooms as part of my house renovation. I’ll start with the upstairs disaster first. He left a hole so big in his soldering job on the radiator that I could fit the eraser end of a pencil in the hole. This caused a leak to run down my walls into the basement where it left a giant puddle. When I arrived home at 6pm I sent him pictures but he didn’t come out until 7am the next morning. He didn’t offer a solution so I have to patch the hole myself to stop the leak. No apology! That’s not the end of the bad plumbing upstairs. He installed the toilet upstairs that clogs every other time it flushes, which causes the leak to overflow into the walls and once again down into the basement. Of course, he accepted no responsibility and no apology. Finally, there have been two issues with the downstairs tub drain. Both times caused leaks to puddle in the basement. Once again, accepted no responsibility or apology. He blamed the grout! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Thought everything was OK until the town building inspector cited the work as not up to code. Matt connected white pvc to black drainage pipe with piping cement which is not approved. I tried for a month and a half to have him come and fix his work. Got nothing but run-around followed by completely being ignored. Ended up hiring and paying another plumber to fix his work. The building inspector referred to him as "A Hack." Even the vanity drainage was installed wrong. The plumber that fixed the his other work discovered the vanity slow drainage was from sloppy drain assembly installation.
Description of Work: Had a kitchen sink plumbing connection moved from one location to another to facilitate a remodel and new connections and installation of bathroom vanity.

Just finished remodeling my bathroom and noticed the new toilet was leaking. Removed it and found that the flange had separated from the old lead closet bend and needed replacing. Called and Matt called back promptly. Came out the next morning, got right to work. Both he and his assistant were courteous and professional, knew what they were doing, and managed to fit new pipes into a very tight space, as the bathroom was added long after the house was built and has some creative plumbing. Got the job done quickly, cleaned up their mess during and after. I was pleased with their work and got estimates for future work. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Repaired broken toilet flange and lead closet bend.
