+ -1 moreExcellent in all regards. Jon is a pleasure to work with, and improved our results by offering better ways to get things done. He estimated a day, and finished in 5 hours, even though we added a couple of items at the last minute. 3 - 4 years ago, Jon did outside trim repair to ready our house for painting, and re-roofed our 10x12 shed. He was recommended by a realtor friend, and we were lucky to find him. This was a series of small repairs, but it is clear to me Jon has the skills and equipment to succeed in much larger projects as well.
Description of Work: Replaced a rough hole in the garage ceiling (left by plumber) with an access hatch Fixed a variety of trim-work problems in our family room Replaced bi-fold doors in our laundry area.

+ -1 moreTop notch! When I was arranging to have my house painted, the painters spotted carpentry repairs needed before painting, and recommended Jon Keane as a quality resource they use frequently. Jon's first job for me was replacing and rebuilding trim work on the house, and rebuilding a pair of badly rotted doors on my shed. He arrived on time, worked quickly and did the exact job needed, for the price quoted.A month later, we had Jon back to do a shingle overlay on our shed roof, and hang shutters. Jon had to reschedule once, but kept us informed, and met our schedule for the work. Not having had a known resource for carpentry work before, I am now looking around for other things that I could have Jon do....
