Description of Work: It's a one man operation. He fabricated and installed 2 wrought Iron railings for my new front entrance stairway (3 steps). The railings were well made and what I had asked for. During installation he had trouble with his hammer drill, it leaked oil on the new Bluestone. He came back while we were on vacation to remove the oil stains and was successful. He did not want to be paid until the oil stains were removed. I really liked the job he did and the way he operates. He was reliable, skilled, and punctual. Very good experience for us.

+ -1 morevery well, good quality and overall excellent workmanship, despite being a little high in price, but sometimes quality comes with a price!
Description of Work: Installed 2 wrought iron railings in front of my home for 3 cement steps. Also, installed years ago wrought iron railings going up to the front entrance and did an excellent, professional job.
