I hired these folks to repair a built-in gas fireplace. This company was very responsive, communicative and prompt. Our tech was Nick, and he was excellent. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. The price for service was very reasonable and came with a written, itemized estimate.

The service people were friendly and professional from when they came to provide the quote to when they came to do the work. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure all was good. I appreciated the work effort. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Terrible I was quoted 129 for inspection and cleaning He looked inside fireplace with a flashlight and discovered a dead bird told me he could remove it but would have to adjust the original price of $129 He came back with a price of $600 (included removal of dead animal and chemicals) I told him I could not pay $600, he asked for $500 which I declined I told him I would pay $225 to remove the bird and clean and inspect which he agreed I paid him $225 via money order and he provided me with an invoice said he removed the bird, inspected and cleaned the chimney and that it was all set to use. I tried to light a fire tonight and my entire house became filled with smoke triggering smoke alarms throughout the house I had to open windows and doors to clear the smoke Prior to lighting the fire I made sure the flue was opened when I opened the flue a small amount of debris fell also I lit the fire using the correct method as I have hundreds of times before The flue was open, I used seasoned hardwood If everything was done correctly by the contractor, my house would not have completely filled with smoke I have hired contractors in the past for this and never have I had this issue Now I have to hire someone that I trust to come and do the job right

The dispatcher was very efficient and kept us informed and confirmed all appointments. Steve made a thorough inspection of the chimney, explained the necessary repairs and gave us an estimate. Before his arrival window, he notified us that traffic was bad and that he'd be near the end of the window, which he was. He went straight to work, making all repairs he had outlined, at all times friendly and professional. We will definitely use them for our chimney/fireplace projects.

Quick service. Steve was a good guy he explained well what he was doing and he used his drone to show the finish work including pictures. He was in control to keep the place clean. Good job will use again

I had no doorbell set up. So when the technician arrived, he called but my phone was off. He left and I called him and pleaded for him to return. He turned around and came back. A young kid (Nick). He was awesome, thorough and went above and beyond.

David also took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with operation of the gas fireplace.
