Tech was friendly and pleasant. The only thing he didn't do that I would have liked to have seen him do was purge the condensate drainage line.

We recently replaced our 40 year old gas boiler with a high efficiency boiler. The new boiler comes with a tankless water heater so we no longer need a separate water heater. We have been so thrilled with their service, from the office manager Sarah to the salesman to the installation crew. Due to the structure limitation of our house, the new boiler could not vent through the wall, which would have been a much simpler installation. It needs to vent through the chimney via a specially designed concentric flue. During the installation process, the team led by Jeremy encountered some unforeseen obstacles. Jeremy and his team's 'can do' attitude resolved each and every road block, and the mission was accomplished flawlessly. The technicians are courteous, pleasant, organized and professional.They arrived punctually and always cleaned up after themselves. Being a perfectionist myself, I am extremely impressed by their work ethic. Their knowledge and superb workmanship led to the awesome end result. The salesman took care of the instant rebate because this unit is a high efficiency one. We wholeheartedly recommend them to take care of anyone's heating and cooling needs.

This is the third year I have used Charter Oak Mechanical for my heating system maintenance. The morning he was scheduled to do this most recent service the technician called to let me know he was running 25 minutes behind. He was very polite, and worked quickly and efficiently. He completely vacuumed the furnace box and checked and cleaned the system components. He made a few adjustments to the propane pressure coming in from the tank. I really like working with this company.

My experience overall with Charter Oak was superb. They were great with the cleanup. Made themselves available. They were very honest. I would highly recommend Charter Oak to others.
