+ -1 moreWe liked the fact that they climbed the tree rather than run across the yard with heavy equipment e.g a bucket truck. The tree in back had strong sentimental value and the folks at Case Mountain took extra care to trim it out right. They collected all of the branches in the front yard then chipped everything and cleaned up all work areas! We recommend Case Mountain and will call upon them again when needed!
Description of Work: We had gotten a couple of quotes prior to hiring Case Mountain and they turned out to be the best price. We had work done on 2 trees one in the front yard to remove branches hanging over the sidewalk and one treee in the back that was encroaching on the house and deck. Both trees required someone get up into the tree in order to get the job done right.

Description of Work: Removed a very large pine branch that came down due to ice storm, and also took down a 50 foot long dead section of a large mature pine tree. | |This was the second time we had used Case Mountain Tree Service. Both times we were very pleased with their work. Cost was very good compared to other companies. They were very responsive, showed up as scheduled, and cleaned up very nicely when done. They did not tear up the lawn at all. No heavy equipment was driven across our yard. This most recent time, they removed a very large pine branch that came down due to an ice storm, and also took down a 50 foot long dead section of a large mature pine tree. We will definitely use this company again whenever we need tree service. |

+ -1 moreThe price was okay but not the best. They did a poor job. One of the workers got injured. His hard hat was not in place and he got hit in the head with a large branch. They neglected to cut all the hanging branches. They left some of the debris by the road rather than disposing of it themselves. I will not hire this company again.
Description of Work: We had a lot of hanging branches and debris from a severe storm. I hired this company to clear the debris and cut the hanging branches.
