Did my startup and there were multiple problems found which i expected. I think the price was reasonable. They are always quick to respond with my questions. Unfortunately i'm still having a problem so have to call them back, hopefully they won't charge me.

I recieved a call at a reasonable time frame from request. Matt answered my multiple questions in a friendly and was truly trying to find a solution for me instead of trying to sell me a product. I was able to get an appointment next day and Brian did a great job explaining everything in installing everything fairly quickly.
