Adam's Lawn Service LLC

The only positive thing I can say is that his service was very punctual. If there was damage to the lawn or property Adam NEVER took responsibility. He would always put the blame for mishaps on others or the homeowner directly. When confronted about an issue, he would not respond to requests to call and meet. Emails went unanswered. He does not care about the lack of service provided or additional costs to the homeowner for repairs. He is only in this business for the money and definitely does not care about his customer's satisfaction. The "Customer is Always Right" is not his motto.

Came home to find lawn mowed unevenly, with large patches undone. When we called Adam directly, he argued with us, that it was too tough to do a good job. We asked him to return to complete the job or at least to discuss the issues with mowing our lawn in person and he refused, saying that he was very busy.

They arrived at 8:30 in the morning on the very last day to pick up leaves. My lawn was already damaged because of the leaves sitting on it for a month. After a very loud 2 hours my lawn was scraped, had bald spots and yellow spots on it. They also left the imprint of their machines. I had already cleaned up and disposed of all of the other yard waste. All that was left was the leaves. My main problem with this company was that it was so late into the fall before they came to pick up the leaves, the condition of the lawn after they left and the cost. He charged me for over four hours and I know that the crew (3 people) were there for about 2 hours. Also, there was not enough work for 3 men for over four hours since they did everything with machines. However, there is no way to challenge this.
