Description of Work: Scott performed Pest Inspection services in my home, which was needed for home refinancing. He was very responsive, returning my call quickly and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Scott arrived a little early for the appointment, which was fine! He did a thorough job with the inspection and answered all of my questions. Scott prepared the report and it was available to me before he left. The refinance requirements were met immediately! I would definitely recommend him to perform Pest Inspection services.
