A repair person came within 2 hours of my initial call. This person was very knowledgeable about how dryers function and explained details to us in a very clear way. When finished, he provided us with options for both the repair and replacement of our dryer along with recommendations on which machines were best to buy.

Service was quick. Technician was ok. But I was charged like it was 2 separate appointments and for 2 parts that cost 60.00 I paid over 700.00 0f labor. That's outrageous and wrong. The service man is already there. why is it so much. I will never call this place again...

Job done quickly and professionally

Within the last several years, this is the 4th time we've had Action Appliance come out to service our appliance needs - once for our washer, once for our dryer, and twice for our oven. Each time - from scheduling to repair - they've been honest, pleasant, helpful, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also keep detailed records, which they review prior to performing any repairs, and they have never tried to "sell" us on something we didn't need. I have recommended them to others in the past and will continue to do so.

Great. Brian came out the day before we left for Yosemite. The fan on the condenser was shot. It would have to be ordered. Was afraid the condenser would fail without a fan while we were gone. Brian suggested buying a small fan and cooling it that way. It worked. The new fan cooled it until Brian came back to fix it. Done in one half hour.
