They are always on time and they do a super job both inside and outside. We were in FL and this yearcompany knew just what to do. Description of Work: Munro Plumbing has been our go to service for many many years. He is punctual, professional and overall great! We live in Florida for 6 months of the year and we have contacted him for plumbing repairs in Madison CT. (last year Stuart Munro put in a new well pump and we were not even there). This company just knows what to do and repairs are fixes the problem. Hire him....you won't be sorry

The best plumber we've ever had is our current one, Munro Plumbing and Heating. They've done some major work for us recently. They show up on time, work hard and fast, deliver quality results, and are reasonably priced. Stu Munro takes the time to explain what's going on with complicated problems and how he will fix them. Then he fixes them.
Description of Work: 8/19/14 replaced all domestic water pipe (180 feet) downstairs and connected to upstairs feeds, removed baseboard heat and toilet downstairs to allow for repairs - 8/20/14 jackhammered garage and bathroom cement floor downstairs, removed existing clogged cast iron washer drain from under floor, replaced washer drain and added a vent, patched the cememt floor with concrete, replaced washer shut off valve, replaced three under sink shutoff valves upstairs - 9/22/14 replaced downstairs bas

During the installation I asked that they perform two other unplanned tasks and they did so without any hassle.In short Munro is a world class company. Unlike some of the contractors who have worked on my house they were polite and professional and as I said left the work area spotless.
Description of Work: Munro installed a Rennai tankless water heater in my 100 year old house. They had to "engineer" the installation as a house this old is not conducive to this type of appliance.

Description of Work: Came downstairs morning of Noreaster to kitchen ceiling leaking in two different places. Left message for Munro Plumbing and the owner called back within the hour. We discussed the issue and he advised discontinuing use of the master bedroom toilet and shower. The leak dried up until an appt could be scheduled the following week. Repair was excellent, neat and minimal dry wall was cut out in kitchen to determine leak source.

 + -1 moreThe job was nothing short of great. It went smoothly, the installation was spotless and the area where the work was done was thoroughly cleaned up. In short, if you need plumbing services you should definitely have Munro look at the job. They may be ever so slightly more expensive but the quality is definitely worth every penny.
Description of Work: Munro installed a tankless water heater in my home. The site was difficult and needed some framing and repiping of the gas and water lines as part of the job.
