Description of Work: Initially, I found Rob and his crew to be very responsive and skilled- however midway trough last winter he dropped from the radar with work still to be done- it was by chance that I ran into him at the hardware store- he was very contrite and I rehired him. However, this fall his work, his behaivour and treatment of his workers became very shoddy and erratic - he fired one of his workers who did excellent and most of the work here. Rob has some ongoing emotional problems that really get in the way of running a successful business- I would steer away from him and is crew. I subsequently hired the fired worker- he is consistently reliable, skilled and very very polite.
