+ 0 moreI was referred to Bern by word of mouth. He responded promptly to my phone call. He came over to my house quite soon after and provided an estimate. Since we weren't sure of the extent and what we wanted, we agreed to pay him an hourly rate. He worked efficiently and never overcharged us. He discussed different options and allowed us to make decisions about what to do when. He was one of the most reliable and honest contractors I've had to work with. He also cleaned up after himself. One a few occasions he came accompanied by his grown son and never charged extra. He was great to work with and we have used him since then for other small jobs. I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We had our kitchen completely redone and needed a considerable amount of new wiring. This included new outlets, new connections to the main fuse box, new fixtures and lots of recessed lighting.
