Chris is a great guy with years of experience with electric dog containment fences and the dogs they contain. Very happy with promptness of installation, quality of product and support with training me and my dog. Great value and service.

Installation was quick and effecient. The trainer was very clear and informative of how everything works and also trained very well with our dog. The dog loves the freedom it now has as well as I have the comfort and security of letting him free to roam where ever he would like to go. I would recommend this to everyone.

Waterproof vs. water resistant. User friendly. Chris was out to meet us the next day. Don't laugh but - my dogs liked him. Given that he is the one who'll be training them, I was pleased that even my senior who typically barks at everyone for the duration of a visit stopped barking at Chris.

We looked at two different systems and this one had the most to offer. We loved the fact that they are coming out with rechargeable batteries. This will save money on purchasing batteries every two months for the collar. We also liked that they had a surge protector with the system. The other company did not. This was a big deal especially with all of the power outages that have been happening lately.

I had a great experience with Dog Guard and would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and friendly people. I was extremely satisfied and would use them again when needed.

The company that served me was Dog Guard of CT, based in Wilton I believe (there were only two offered). Chris was the man who came and fixed my fence. He came the same day which was really great.

He was on time, agreed upon price, and training and care with my animals was exemplary.!When a bit of a problem arose with training he was prompt to revisit and spent more than adequate time to insure I was please and all was well.
