septic tank
+ -1 moreGeorge and his assistant were courteous, got there at exactly the time George said they would come. One of the tanks was under the grass, so they had to dig into my lawn. they did it very carefully and then put back the patches they removed in a gentle way. This was the first time I was having the tanks cleaned, and know nothing about septic tanks. George answered all my questions and gave me useful information, was patient with me, and treated me with friendly respect. He also provided me with choices about how to handle potential problems in the future. A relative, who recommended them to me, has had a similar experience with Country Sanitation.
Description of Work: They cleaned two septic tanks.

septic tank
+ -1 moreCalled George about a problem I was having with my drainage. We had opened the septic system and thought that as long as we had it open let's see if George would come and pump the system out. George was here in about 1 hour and did an outstanding job as well as offering help to us on how to solve the drainage problem.
Description of Work: Pumped my septic on a holiday weekend with no emergency fee.
