+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the home we purchased. After looking at numerous homes over a couple of months, we found one that we were very interested in but that needed work. Lynne helped us find a contractor who bid on the work which gave us the pricing information we needed. Based on that info, we made an offer which was accepted and we closed in late August.
Description of Work: We met Lynne when we walked into The Coldwell Banker office in Madison to explore the possibility of moving from NJ to Madison. Lynne was very welcoming and helpful in educating us on the pros and cons of each of the shore towns. She patiently kept in touch and provided us with useful information and relevant listings to help us reach a final decision on moving to CT. Lynne paid great attention to our likes and dislikes and was very adept at helping us identify what really mattered most to us in a house. She never wasted our time or pushed us to look at homes beyond our price range or desires. She was readily available, always punctual and extremely reliable. Lynne is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in this area which helped us find our new home last August. We highly recommend Lynne and were very pleased with the service she provided.
