+ -1 moreResponsive to client concerns, preferences and schedule. Called when supply deliveries were scheduled to keep client in the loop. Gave me, the client a vareity of other homeowner repair/renovation advice for other contractors, for himself and for DIY. In other words, he didnt distract himself by describing to me his next payday at my house but instead shared his expertise willingly. A home inspector, lumber yard worker, carpenter and a few otehr contractor types ahve sicne visited the home and all commented not just on the aesthetics, a a homeowner would appreciate but rather on the quality of the craftsmanship. Most inquired after his name/number.
Description of Work: Removal and transplantation of old rhododendron. Installation of sliding glass door. Installation of deck/landing with wraparound stairs.
