Description of Work: Amazing customer service! I own a rental, and, shortly after they moved in, my tenants insisted that I needed the area rugs cleaned. it was about 200 to 250 square feet of carpet. The owner got back to me right away with an estimate. He worked out all the arrangements directly with my tenant, which saved me a lot of time. He cleaned the carpets within two days of my initial call. In the end, my tenant was happy, so I was happy. Absolute Best He charged about $100 less than the other outfit I asked to quote the project. Absolute Best actually gave me an estimate at $150 and charged me only $130, because I overestimated the size of the rugs. The owner also seems like a really nice guy. I highly recommend; I will definitely use them again.

+ 0 moreHe arrived on time, reviewed what was needed and got to work. I asked him if he could clean a glider rocker while he was here, and he inspected it (had old stains and marks on it), and stated that he would be able to clean it, but couldn't guarantee that all of the stains would be removed. Once he finished cleaning, we inspected the carpets and chair and asked any questions, and then he applied scotch guard to the carpets. The carpets look great and smell fresh, not of perfume. The chair came out really good, too. The carpets don't feel damp, but he provided plastic booties just in case. Overall, I was very happy with the service.
Description of Work: The carpets were vacuumed and then steam cleaned and deodorized. Once we inspected the work performed and were satisfied, he applied a scotch guard product to the carpets.

+ -1 moreEverything went exactly as Chris had explained to me. The sofas and chairs were dry by the next day and look like new. I would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Also, listed under Absolute Best Cleaning. Chris, the owner, cleaned and deodorized two large sofas as had been arranged. The price was exactly as estimated. The job was excellent. When he arrived, I asked him to also look at a spot on a dining room chair and try to remove the old stain that I had already tried to remove more than once. He not only got the stain out but then was willing to do the other five chairs at the same visit. He quoted me a per chair price and I agreed. The sofas and chairs look like new - saving me from having to recover them.
