I own a rental, and, shortly after they moved in, my tenants insisted that I needed the area rugs cleaned. it was about 200 to 250 square feet of carpet. The owner got back to me right away with an estimate. He worked out all the arrangements directly with my tenant, which saved me a lot of time. He cleaned the carpets within two days of my initial call. In the end, my tenant was happy, so I was happy. Absolute Best He charged about $100 less than the other outfit I asked to quote the project. Absolute Best actually gave me an estimate at $150 and charged me only $130, because I overestimated the size of the rugs. The owner also seems like a really nice guy. I highly recommend; I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Also, listed under Absolute Best Cleaning. Chris, the owner, cleaned and deodorized two large sofas as had been arranged. The price was exactly as estimated. The job was excellent. When he arrived, I asked him to also look at a spot on a dining room chair and try to remove the old stain that I had already tried to remove more than once. He not only got the stain out but then was willing to do the other five chairs at the same visit. He quoted me a per chair price and I agreed. The sofas and chairs look like new - saving me from having to recover them.
