Description of Work: Dave's work is meticulous and he is also very pleasant and knowledgeable. My only criticism would be his availability. He really seems to have an enormous amount on his plate.

+ 2 moreOur kitchen was "75%" completed. It had an unfinished look. Dave came in and we discussed improvements that would give the kitchen a professional and finished look. In addition there were several other areas in the home that we wanted to upgrade. I have dealt with numerous contractors in the past and Dave ranks up there with the best. He was prompt, courteous, responsive and his work was professional and meticulous. We agreed on a price and timeframe and all went according to plans. We shifted a few things and the changes were handled with no problem. Dave provided detailed accounting of his expenses and the finished job ended up being less than the original estimate. I would highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Repaired and stained kitchen cabinets; installed molding in kitchen; painted kitchen tiles, ceiling; installed three new faucets; repaired and painted several ceilings; added decorative legs to granite counter.

+ -1 moreMr. Sundlof did an excellent, careful job. He is highly skilled in multiple areas, and provides services as a contractor and renovator as well as a handyman. He also has a pleasant personality.
Description of Work: David Sundlof added siding to garage, painted the new siding, and replaced the kitchen sink.
