I tried for 3 days to get other roofing contractors to call me back. No luck! These guys answered my call, and got my problem solved within hours for a reasonable price (needed to get the roof shingles fixed before a big rain storm). Very pleased. They are now my "Go To" guys for any future roof repairs I might need.

He called immediately came out that day and told us how it should be done. Had the job done promptly and reasonably very neat and courteous!!

He called almost immediately, came out the next day, and made the repair very quickly.

We are living in Florida and needed our cottage roof in CT cleaned in order to sell it. I got Fred's name from Home Advisor and would recommend him and his company highly. Prompt, neat, courteous and reasonable!!

I was impressed with Fred's quick response on a weekend (several other contractors that I asked to bid did not respond for another two days). As we discussed work to be done, it became clear that Fred was thinking of ways to get needed work done at a reasonable price. I appreciated that he was not trying to pad extras into the estimate to see whether I would object. I have other repair projects that need to be done, and I will definitely be calling on Fred.

It was exactly how repair work should go.

We got quick service and a good quote. However the sliding door was poorly installed. The interlocking seal on the sliding door was not installed which will let in cold air as soon as winter comes. I found the missing piece on a shelf in my garage the day after ordering a replacement. If the installer accidentally lost it I would have rated this company higher but it appears that they were trying to hide the fact the piece was missing or they totally ignored the instruction sheet, either case cause me to give a poor rating.

provided a fair quote for the demolition of my deck. Came when promised and finished close to on-time (deck was bigger than estimated). My only minor complaint was some broken glass and debris left behind when the dumpster was removed from the premises. I would definitely hire them again.

I needed repair work done on my storage shed. They showed up late for the job, Because of the possibility of rain, they rushed through the replacement of needed materials. Never replaced rotted studs. I felt the job was incomplete when they left. They tried to charge me 200.00 dollars more then quoted price, and was not going to clean up the job site afterwards. They did finally take away the old materials. I am not impressed with Zimmerman Construction.

Mr Zimmerman provided us with excellent job performance. I would recommend this company highly. Thanks so much!

What else to say...came over the same day to quote the job. Came when they said they would and completed the job as specified. Not much to complain about!

I was very impressed with the quick response and service. My job was done less than 24 hours after I went onto the home advisor site. I feel I got a good price and a great job. Would definitely recommend!!

Fred was really awesome and called immediately, came by on a Friday afternoon! Then was able to work me on Saturday also which was really helpful. This went above and beyond, did not expect that quick of service and help. Really helped me out. I will keep them in mind for any subsequent projects. Thanks guys!

Zimmerman Construction & Roofing was wonderful! Professional, Courteous, Affordable and VERY helpful in advising us with the issues we are having with our roof. More work will need to be done to our home in the near future and we will be hiring Zimmerman Construction & Roofing to do that as well.

I believe he goes by Christmas light installation Pro, We have a 2 story house with 3 peaks, we had him install white lights along the roof edge, it was done when I asked, and looks beautiful. price was extremely reasonable. One of the bids was three times more, I realise it was using led lights, but the labor alone was 2 1/2 times more than I paid for the total job
