Kyle gave us a couple of quotes laying out our options. Once we decided to go with him, he scheduled us pretty quickly. He was prompt, and updated me on his progress and any additional costs that were incurred due to problems that weren't apparent at the time of the quote, additional joist, repairs, etc. and didn't add costs without approval. Only hold up on completion was the weather and a holiday weekend. Will definitely hire again
