+ -1 moreThe inspection went really well. It started at 9am and went for 2+ hours. He started be testing the water in the bathrooms and kitchen. He checked the kitchen thoroughly which included window seals. tiles, cabinets, outlets, overhead lights and more. He then moved on to the living area where he checked the fireplace and wood floors. He did a very detailed job of checking the major functions of the house ... heating/AC, plumbing, electric, foundation/decks, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, toilets / showers, floors / carpets / tiles, garage, electrical panel, windows, gutters and more. He also did a test for Radon which required him to go back a few days later to collect the test. Overall i couldn't have been happier with his work and i would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.\\
Description of Work: Mike from Lennox Home Inspection is excellent. I highly recommend him and I would absolutely use him again! I have purchased several homes in my life and I have never had an inspection as detailed as this one. He not only inspected every aspect of the house, he showed me how some of the components worked. For example, he showed me how to remove the windows so I could clean them and how to replace the filters on the air compressers. I would have had no chance at figuring this out if he didn't show me. I received the inspection report via mail and e-mail immediately. Mike was also available to discuss certain items on the report several days after the inspection was complete.

+ -1 moreMichael Munnelly the inspector from Lenox was excellent. He was thorough and took the time to explain in detail his findings on the day of the inspection. Michael gave us valuable information on immediate concerns and things we may want to think about improving over time. In addition, we were provided with a very detailed/comprehensive written report that was exactly what was discussed during the visit....no surprises! Michael has an amazing memory for detail as we didn't see him take many written notes during the visit. We highly recommend Lenox Home Inspection.
Description of Work: Michael Munnelly performed an home inspection for a property we are considering purchasing. The inspection was a chimney top to basement floor and everything in between. In addition, included radon, water testing and walking the grounds.
