+ 0 moreGreg was first one I called to get an estimate. He came promptly to look at the work, and within 24 hours emailed me an estimate. Meanwhile I contacted two others,(locals not on Angies list) whose estimates came in a bit later., Greg;s was the most expensive, but his enthusiasm for his work and general level of professionalism convinced me to use him. We set up a date in the early spring to do the work, and on the day agreed uoon he commenced work. I foound Greg to be very personable in my dealings with him. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Repaired exterior wall of barn and a rotted window sill on house, preparatory to painting. Absolutely reposonible: kept to his estimate both as to time and cost. I am completely satisfied

+ -1 moreGreg Kennedy was a superb contractor. He is friendly and honest, was upfront about everything and totally transparent with cost. His handwork is exceptional, everyone who sees the bathrooms marvels at them. He quickly gained our trust and kept it. He was easily able to see eye to eye with us regarding every step of the project.
Description of Work: demolition of 1.5 baths and creation of 2 baths. Sheetrock and plumbing done by subcontractors. Tile work, hand built vanity and medicine cabinet.
