Chase Restorations

First item: Designed deck layout for low level deck with steps, built-to-code for structures, landscaping and shrubbery, slate walkway, and handled all safety issues and access. Built with PT(Pressure Treated) materials; attached to house with proper flashing and lag-screws. Also, added external faucet for watering. Very very functional and attractive; access by mud room door. Second item: Rebuilt first floor half bath. performed design, framing of room, external venting, sheet-rock install, taping, muddying, and painting. Selected and installed lighting, new electrical outlets, sink/cabinet and commode. Also, floor installation, and door installation. Didn't require new circuit breaker in panel. Third item: Planned and purchased over 18 windows for replacing complete house. These windows reduced my heating expenses by nearly 50%. Purchased at Harvey Industries. removed and disposed of old windows. Installed additional insulation, inside trim and staining, and some sheet-rock repair for larger window replacement. Outcome very clean and neat; easy to operate included double hung, slider doors, and crank-outs.

It went super - they met the insurance adjuster at my home and went up on roof with him and then worked with me to find a date to do the tear off and install. Put drip edges and freeze guard on and new vents along with a beautiful 3d design looking roof shingle. They got it all done in one day. They also came back out to remove a few minor stains on siding. easy to communicate with, Dan was fantastic and so was Scott.
