Our service person was Bill Fanning. He was excellent and explained everything in full detail! Bill was polite and respectful, and advised us on the best new sump pump to replace our non-working sump pump.

Rick did an amazing job fixing the crack in my basement foundation. The company is very professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing waterproofing in their home.

Excellent customer service, strategy and honesty.

I expected the interior finished wall would have to have a hole cut in it bigger than the egress window. I did not expect the entire 10-foot interior wall to be torn down. I expected jack studs on each side of the window to hold the new header. Instead one side has no jack stud and the new header is resting directly on the window frame. They cut the opening through the foundation too small and instead of widening it just left out a jack stud. They damaged a window shutter but said they would repair and replace it. They did not. They moved a heavy concrete splash guard from the corner of the house 20 feet across the driveway and left it there. They did not backfill properly, so now the material around the new window well is sinking in places, creating holes. I have photos; I hope there is an opportunity to post them with this review. This was a $9,000 project. The only person with Budget Dry who was professional was the man who booked the job. He is very slick. The workers obviously did not know what they were doing.

They were very quick to schedule us once we had the project manager take a look and draw up a plan. They were back here in less than 24 hours to ensure we had the project done before the closing date on our home.

This company guaranteed that my basement would not get wet. After about 10 years, I am still dealing with water. I have had them back multiple times and it is always the same thing. It is not our system that failed. They can not guarantee any water and will not stand up to their word! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Great! We have struggled with water in our basement for 3 years. Budget dry solved the problem in one day, just in time for the heavy rains this past weekend. Everything works as advertised. Their solution was 1/4 of my previous estimate. The team was fast, efficient, courteous and cleaned up well at the end of the job. Couldn’t be happier

Very officiant, fast, and professional.

They were so helpful. They knew we were in an awful situation ,therefore they came out earlier than originally scheduled to look at the project and give me a price for the work. They were unable to schedule for at least a couple of months, however Mike gave me some very helpful tips on how to minimize the risk of water damage prior to the repair. He thoroughly explained how they would be fixing the damage and I am very comfortable with my decision to go with them.

Inspection of a previously installed sump pump system (primarily the sump pump). Inspection found that it seized up and wouldn't have functioned. Replacement made - and very fortunately - since when the pump is needed, it IS needed. It wouldn't have been good to have a flooded basement or have an upcoming flooded basement.

Customer Service was good. However pump was installed in a different spot then was discussed with out proper consultation. Despite prior assurances, the basement was not closed off during jack hammering, thus creating a thick layer of dust over the entire basement.

Excellent technicians

Excellent service, clear detailed plans with diagram, and excellent updated sump pump system. I plan to have bilco doors put in my basement entrance by them soon. They are small company that cares about the customer.
