They addressed my basement seepage problem with a pump and drain. One-day service, results were wonderful!

Budget Dry installed a sump pump about 6 hears ago. They have serviced the pump and batteries once a year. We already had drainage pipes in our basement and an inexpensive sump pump. After one of the hurricanes, they extended the drainage to other parts of the basement including near the furnace. They also installed a commercial sump pump with a battery back up. Since then we have had no problems with water in the basement. They only expanded our existing pipes. Other companies gave us estimates to redo everything at a much higher cost. Other companies also included estimates to redo the entire basement. They are efficient.

I had a basement room that would constantly flood. It has been absolutely dry even in the heaviest rainfall.

When we purchased the budget dry system we were given assurances that it would be able to move the water out of the house and it would stay in the ground. After a week this was obviously not going to be the case because we had a huge puddle in our backyard and the water was not absorbed into the soil as we were told. They sent a man out to add in some gravel around there a little bubbler pot and this did nothing to solve the problem. After several calls, my requests to fix this had gone ignored. If you have an average or minor water table issue and property that is sloped you should probably be OK with this, however, if your pump runs frequently do not use their system.

The project was very well done from the initial assessment and quotation from Budget Dry to the finished installation. Every element of the assessment and project design was completed as planned. Project was completed on time and on budget. Customer service was excellent and assisted with short term financing. â Job well doneâ .....

Replaced my bilco door and fixed the concrete base it was on. Put down membrane in my crawl space (encapsulated it) and insulated the crawl space. Prompt, courteous, reasonable pricing. Would absolutely hire them again

We hired Budget Dry to review our basement problems and hired them to do the waterproofing project, install new basement windows, install the Santa Fe dehumidifier, and recently they installed our back-up battery system. We highly recommend them -always courteous, get the jobs done quickly and neatly, and always respond when we need their advice/want to purchase new filters. A great company!
