My rating will change after the project is completed.Right now I have an issue with a pipe leak.Also the outside work is stalled until the ground is thawed.

A thorough walk through should be part of the experience. Otherwise I found their work commendable.

The quality of work was excellent. The young man worked all day and the end result was neat and solid looking. The customer service throughout the process was excellent.

Had a $7,000 basement system installed earlier this summer. First rainstorm after the system was installed, a flood in the basement similar to the ones that always happened before system went in. Someone came out to fix it. Another rainstorm, another flood. Another tech out to "fix" it. This latest fix was the 4th time someone came out to my house to "repair" the system, took them three weeks to get someone out to the house and THE VRY NEXT DAY it rains and another flood in the basement. I have no words. Go with another company. Any other company. It's not budget OR dry. (to the companies benefit, the people that answer the phone at the 1800 number are VERY nice and very apologetic and do the best they can, the system just does not work in my house.)

Another company wanted to replace the whole pump system. These folks diagnosed that it was just a floater problem and saved us a lot. They were prompt, courteous, informative, and helpful in so many ways. We were in the midst of waterproofing HE-- and they helped clarify our dilemmas and problems so we could make educated decisions. Definitely on my favorites list

Completely satisfied. We have had a recurring slow leak around our incoming well water pipe for several years. I requested bids from other contractors in the past but was not confident their recommended solutions would both solve the problem and control the final cost. Budget Dry was very professional, both in their assessment and the actual work that was performed. It's great to finally have this problem solved and at a reasonable cost.

Timely

Hired them to repair a (non structural) crack in my garage wall, which was partially below grade. They came out promptly, and on the weekend, were polite both in person and on the phone, and got the work done on time with no fuss. Very professional.
