Description of Work: We had a dehumidifier installed and it did the trick! They were very helpful, honest, and professional. I recommend them without reservation.

Description of Work: I had the guy check out my walls. He said I didn't need to do anything, that he had seen a lot worse, but nothing was necessary. I appreciated the honesty!

Description of Work: I thought I was getting an assessment for a damp basement. Instead I got a sales job about one product. That's not an assessment. I was extremely concerned until I realized it was a sales job.

Description of Work: Pressure sales to do more work than was asked for it necessary. Pressure to call and verify loan monies that first visit with "caveat" we have three days think it over. After one day we notified them no too much money and more work than we wanted addresses. How about just addressing what we asked for. I was emailed back by the rep that no he doesn't even want ANY of our business since we changed our minds after he spent so much time at our house

Description of Work: Noise from battery for sump, they said it was the water softener which it probably was but no explanation as to why.

Description of Work: I feel I was not told what the de humidifier would look like. When I changed to another it took quite some time for them to return. It is noisy. The second tech who installed the 2nd choice for the de humidifier told me I could install in the oil tank room so it is not so noisy in the finished basement. I wish I had known this the first time. I am charged to two extra visits now just to get it right. I will core an 8 inch hole in the wall and vents will be installed thanks to the second tech/installer.

He told us that trying to fix creaks between concrete and dry wall will not hold in time, due to the different expanding and contracting values of each material.

Description of Work: ONLY ONE PROBLEM THEY CLEANED THEIR BRUSHES IN SET TUB MY WIFE WENT TO USE IT. BUT WATER WORD WOULD NOT DRAIN. CALLED THE COMPANY THEY HIRED A LOCAL COMPANY TO FREE THE DRAIN.
